Our Story
We are a family owned and operated business located in Moon Township, PA. Our company was founded in 1986 after Ray and Sue Geffel began selling their families’ 200 year old Wassail recipe at festivals across Western Pennsylvania. Today, Harvest Spice Company, LLC is 3 generations strong.
For centuries in Ireland and Wales it has been the tradition of family and friends to go caroling or “Wassailing” during the holiday season. Spreading cheer from house-to-house carolers were often thanked with a cup of hot “Wassail” to warm their bodies and souls along with a toast to their good health.
Today we at Harvest Spice Company continue this delicious tradition with our citrus-based Wassail mix. From our home to yours we salude you with Harvest Spice Wassail.
